Injury Updates

SteeltownProWrestling.ca has received some updates regarding a few injuries that were incurred during the 2012 Red River Rumble Tour.

 After receiving 15 staples to the back of his head due to severe lacerations during a hardcore match, Sydney Manson is recovering well and the staples should be removed shortly.  Manson isn’t expected to miss any action having wrestled the night after receiving the wounds.  He received treatment at the Selkirk hospital.

“Big Rig” Shawn Northstar was on the receiving end of a minor concussion and a broken orbital bone that required surgery to repair the fracture.  The surgery was a success and Northstar is on the mend and is expected to make a full recovery.  As it stands the “Big Rig” will be out of action until mid-to-late November.  Northstar is keeping in good spirits and is looking forward to a return to the squared circle in late fall, early winter.

SteeltownProWrestling.ca would like extend well wishes to both men in their recovery and look forward to seeing them both back in action.

Steeltown Pro Wrestling returns to action on Thursday September 20^th in Morden, MB, on Saturday September 22^nd on the Paddlewheel Queen in Winnipeg and Sunday September 23^rd as the Casa Do Mindo in Winnipeg.
