Jethro Hawg Blog (11/11/12)

Hey y'all get ready it's another edition of the Jethro Hawg Blog!

Well it's been quite the ride so far being your SPW Heavyweight Champ! I have spent the last week picking splinters out of my scalp from a Kendo Stick shot to my melon that came to me via Rob Stardom!

Halloweenpalooza was quite the show!! The main event was a 4 way bout including James Beaver, LaSombra, Rob Stardom and myself. With things like chairs and Kendo sticks getting involved in the match it was quite the adventure! Not ending well for the others with me catching James Beaver off guard and landing my big Splash for the win! I have a history with James Beaver and am now making one with Rob Stardom. Both men are as tough as they come and at this point I don't know which one would be the greater threat to my Title. One thing I know for sure is it's going to be one heck of a tough and fun ride and I'm in it for the long haul!!

The other Titles to change hands at Halloweenpalooza was the SPW Tag Team Titles. This was quite the fight with 4 teams involved!! In the end the team of Syko and Son of Syko were able to overcome the odds and regain their titles they had held previously for over a year! While I don't like their ways, you can't argue with success.

This summer was a rough one for our crew! A couple of guys have had fairly serious injuries which is part of what can and does happen in this biz. Mr. Nasty broke his collar bone but is from all reports been healing nicely. The always angry yet "well to do" Mr. Nasty has his own full-time Nurse to take care of him 24-7. Shawn "Big Rig" Northstar is still recovering from an injury to his orbital bone by his left eye, after a couple of surgeries we are all hopeful he will now heal fully and return to action in the future. Please let this be a lesson to all you youngens' out there, let the Pros do this stuff and when you are old enough come to SPW and get the training you need to do this as a Professional!!

Well to say I am excited about the future for SPW would be a bit of an understatement! I am so very proud to be involved with SPW and the future is oh so bright! Thank you to the fans for coming to the shows and supporting us in your town!! Without you we could not continue!! That being said I will say to you one more thing...See you at the show!!!!!
